In this new set of categories to highlight specialist financial communications, the final round saw Moneyfacts’ Rachel Springall voted Mortgage PR of the Year by financial journalists.
In the first round, judges highlighted Rachel’s skill at being “always available to help, even if the request is outside the news cycle”, explaining “the information returned is always in depth, informative and on time”. “She makes ample time for anyone who reaches out," remarked one judge.

Judges were impressed by David’s entry, “he is clearly an expert on mortgage and property,” commented one judge, “and one that is focused on helping the journalist deliver good stories for their audience in a range of different ways”. “He makes sure his insight is targeted to the concerns of his audience, and brings attention to related issues they may not be aware of,” remarked another.
